1996 P.M. JAPANESE BASIC VENUSAUR-HOLO NO RARITY SYMBOLThis is a 1st Edition Venusaur that I carefully stored in a humidity-controlled display case for many years.Believing it had a strong chance at receiving a PSA 10, I submitted it to PSA, but it ultimately received a PSA 9.I believe the centering was likely right on the borderline between PSA 9 and PSA 10. Because of that, I have decided not to resubmit it and am listing it as-is.In my opinion, it is becoming increasingly rare to find a 1st Edition Venusaur in such beautiful condition. As this card is graded PSA 9, please refer to the PSA certification number for detailed condition verification. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
